Workers joined United Wizards of the Coast-CWA (UWTOC-CWA), another CWA affiliate in the USA. 40,000 players and supporters signed a letter supporting union recognition, but the company refused to recognise the union voluntarily. Workers cited the United Paizo Workers campaign as inspiration.
