Workers at the Bethesda studio in Rockville met Xbox leadership with the inflatable Scabby the rat (used at other union protests). Workers also planted 800 flags, each representing a worker who had been laid off since July 2025. The Xbox leadership and Microsoft, which owns Bethesda, have announced as many as 3,200 layoffs.
