For the first time, the actors union Equity, sets recommended minimum rates for workers in the games industry. As part of the Game On! campaign, this is intended to be part of the fight for better pay, terms, and conditions.

The rates are intended to be used at AAA game companies. They include minimum fees for voiceover per hour, motion and performance capture per day, promotion work per hour, overtime per 30 minutes after wrap time, and other rates.
