General Workers Union files court injunction to stop NetEnt layoffs

NetEnt, a large gaming company in Malta that makes online casino games, planned layoffs of 324 employees after being acquired by Evolution Gaming.

The General Workers Union, pointing out that the company had failed to follow the proper procedure for layoffs, filed a court injunction that successfully staved off the redundancies.
