CWA Canada fights Ubisoft Halifax closure

After workers at Ubisoft Halifax announced their intention to unionise in December 2025, the company announced the closure of the studio. This would affect 60 workers at the studio. They joined CWA Canada Local 30111, which also includes 120 game workers at Bethesda Game Studios in Montreal. The union announced it would fight the closure.
