Workers at Sega formed a union of over 200 members after winning their union election 91-26. The union, called AEGIS-CWA, is the largest multi-department union in the games industry in the US. It consists of workers from QA, Localization, Production, Marketing, Marketing Services, Licensing, and other departments.
